| We brought our Volvo in for the first time. I asked for an oil change which was $60 & Poquet only charges us $21 so the price difference was not good. I asked them to check the alignment & they ended up coming back with many things that were wrong with the vehicle. The person who helped me was very pushy and unprofessional. We have since brought the vehicle someplace else & they said we didn't have any of those problems. I was also forced to pay $32 for service that I didn't even ask for. We will NEVER bring our vehicle here again. |

| Tried charging me $120 to replace a front headlight. I went to Napa and bought the light for 9.99 and installed it in five minutes. You've lost a customer for life and I don't trust your shop. |

| I came in for an oil change, when my car was returned to me the man told me he could not reset my oil change light. Stated he tried everything. I said now what, he said theres nothing more he could do about it. And sent me out the door with the light still on. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICES AGAIN, ITS NOT RIGHT THAT HE DIDNT DO ANYMORE TO TRY AND GET THIS PROBLEM RESOLVED! |
