| I have been very pleased with our service at Youngstedts and will continue to have service performed there due to quality of service. Only complaint is according to their website they "honor all competitor's coupons" but when Ibpresented coupon from nearby dealership for a front end alignment I was told they simply could not go any lower on the estimate and when asked no further explanation was offered. Felt like false advertising. |

| I have brought my vehicles to goodyear for several years. I was disappointed on this visit. It was recommended that I replace my windshield wipers. When I asked the cost I was told $26. I doublechecked and again was told $26. When I received the bill the wipers were $52 i.e. they were $26 a piece. Who ever buys 1 wiper blade? They are good wipers but I would never have paid so much for wipers. Disappointing to be misled that way. |

| We made it clear when scheduling the appointment and dropping the car off that we needed to pick it up by a specific time. We were assured both times that there would be plenty of time. After not getting a call that it was done 10 minutes after the time we stated we called and they were not even close to finished. The were unaware of the time obligation and put another person on the car to finish faster. Very frustrated with this lack of attention after being so thorough on our end. |

| You forgot to reset the tire pressure button on my VW. Also did not properly inflate one tire. |

| I came in for and oil/Lube and filter and asked them to rotate my tires which I had previously bought from them. When they said that everything was completed, I paid for the work and walked out to my pick-up only to find out that it was obvious they had not rotated the tires but on the job ticket it showed as being completed. I asked why my tires were not rotated and they stated that they should have been. Come to find out the "technician" had forgotten to do it. They did take it back in and rotate the tires at that point. This is not he first time something like this has happened to me there. |

| Overall the service was relatively quick but that?s probably because they legit to rotate my tires. The tire they repaired was in the same location as when I came in. So unfortunately I now need to go back and get them rotated. |

| Made and appointment for oil change and tire rotate. Took 1 1/2 hours and then still had to ask if my car was done. |

| One of several issues I had being diagnosed was a rattle in the rear. one of the many repairs this day was to redo the brakes to fix the rattle. after $2000.00 in repairs the rattle was still there. I brought it back in and they redid the rear brakes again and again the rattle remained. now they say i need new leaf springs, shocks ect for another $1000.00. Something is not right and I am the paying for it. |

| I brought my car in due to a noise the rear-end when going over small bumps at slow speeds. After $835 worth of work, the noise is still there! :( |

| I felt very cheated and scammed going to Youngsteds. I was given a quote from Youngstedts, took my car to the dealership and they charged me half of the Youngstedts quote. Youngstedts told me there were issues with my car that the dealership and my insurance company said were NOT issues at all. I would not recommend Youngsteds to anyone. |

| Terrible. Went in to have a tire pressure sensor warning fixed. They said it was the left front tire and would cost $125 to fix. I approved the repair. Then they called and said the cars done, but you need to do all 4 tires and by the way the sensor will remain lit unless you fix all 4. Then they're tried to charge me an undisclosed "shop fee" on top of the $125. So I drive away $125 poorer but still have the original problem. Rip off. |
