| A couple of weeks ago my truck was acting up and needed to be towed to Youngstedts. Mark knew I was busy at work and couldn't wait around so he borrowed me a loaner car. They were able to look at it later that day. Mark diagnosed the problem. He had known that I bought the truck used earlier in the year and thought the problem still might be covered under warranty. When I talked to the dealership I bought it from, they weren't the most helpful. Mark made some phone calls and was able to take care of the issue for me that the dealership I bought it from wouldn't. Mark and his crew went above and beyond for me. | Getting your car fixed can be very nerve racking and when I heard my car making a noise no one wants to hear, I knew that I was in for a major fix. I didn't really have time to shop around but I am lucky that Youngstedts is near where I work. I can't say enough about the service that Brian and everyone there provided. And they were able complete the work within my budget! Brian even helped me by doing some legwork on a recall issue on my vehicle and put me in contact with the right people to get the work done. Customer service the way it should be. |

| Youngsteds is the only shop I truly trust. On more than 1 occasion they have given me a fair price on the cost of repairs, when the dealership significantly marks up the same repair, on one occasion $300 more than Youngsteds.. Everyone I've dealt with at Youngsteds is kind and helpful. On my last visit, the mechanic even came out and explained to me what was going on. I can't say enough good things about them! |

Had an engine problem 20 miles south of Rochester MN, callled your Wayzata store and they helped diagnose the problem, and found a couple of dealerships in Rochester that I could contact for service. | I was thrilled with the service and value I received my last time into Youngstedts in Wayzata. I brought my 2003 Subaru with 188,000 miles in with muffler issues and instead of replacing the entire system your mechanic was willing and able to put a patch on it for a fraction of the price of replacement. Now it runs and sounds great. Thanks! |

| I can always get an appointment very easily with you guys. Your service is fast and friendly, and even though you may point out areas that might need attention, you never bully me into it. The waiting area is always clean and there's plenty of room. I never dread needing an oil change - it's always a good experience. |
