| Honest and knowledgeable people. Clean garage and waiting area is very comfortable even with kids ! We have had all 3 of our cars serviced here - two of them are German makes, and the repairs were completed in a timely and professional way. Estimates were fair and reasonable and nothing added at the last minute. |

| We always appreciate the integrity of those working at Youngstedts. I went in ready to replace a battery ( approx $300) , but Youngstedts called around and found out the battery was still under warranty ( something I never would have looked into on my daughter's car). They sent us to the dealer and we didn't spend a cent on it. Thank you! We appreciate that and will be back! |

It took a little longer than planned and we had to address some small estimate discrepancies, but the price was pleasantly resolved to my satisfaction and the time the installation took was not unreasonable. | My oil change was completed. The scheduled tme was 1PM. Since there was some time, I asked where I might walk for exercise and was gone about 30-45 minutes. When I returned the car had not been moved and service still had to be completed. |

| The good news about going to your place is that you find problems before they get me in trouble. It's never fun to hear something needs to be fixed. But I'd rather hear it from you than when it happens on the road!! Everyone is always courteous, efficient and friendly. |

| The guys at this shop went the extra mile working with a vendor to get a part that was out of warranty covered. My truck is a 2002 with 197k miles on it. Most shops would shrug thier shoulders and say, "oh well it's an old truck" Everyone I encountered from my first call to the kid that drove me to work to the tech that simply wouldn't stop till he figured out the source of a mystery fluid ( turned out to be a mouse nest gathering random fluid from my original problem) were professional, polite and just damned good. I had one negative experience however: I had to watch Ellen Degeneres dance. Her show was on in the waiting room and I couldn't change the channel, I think the lady next to me was in to it. Seriously, top notch service. |
