| Honestly, I just feel good going to Youngstedts. The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, reasonable and they take the time to explain everything. Some places make you feel like you are getting ripped off... not here. I highly recommend these guys and actually did so the other day. |

| UPDATE: My review yesterday complained about a 3.5 hour wait for tires to be installed. Within 1-hr of posting my somewhat negative feedback I received a personal phone call from the store Mgr (Mark R) profusely apologizing for the problem while being very appreciative for the honest feedback. As an olive branch, Mark offered a free alignment of my car at any point in time. This is the terrific service I?ve enjoyed for years at the Wayzata store. Because of their proactive customer service with me, I?m adjusting my score to 5 stars. |

They are extremely honest and will suggest what is a must fix and what could wait for another appointment in the future. Its greatly appreciated and I bring all vehicles to Youngstedts for repair since I was referred to you 2 years ago! |

| truly excellent service once again ..... what i appreciate most of all is the patience that ur staff displays when answering questions and explaining the work that`s being done ...... the majority of my interactions have been with Mark Rue and Derek Chambers and I have to say I am extremely impressed with the honesty and forthrightness and professionalism with which they both conduct themselves ...... I had gone thru a number of auto repair shops before coming to Youngstedts with very mixed and inconsistent results and almost always leaving with nagging doubts about the quality of service I was receiving .... not so with Youngstedts ........ the quality of service there has in my experience been both consistent and top-notch .... I don`t envision ever going anywhere else again and when asked by friends or anyone where to take their cars for service without hesitation I would tell them you can`t go wrong with Youngstedts |
