| I have felt treated with the fairness and honesty everytime I have brought my car here. Youngstedt's went above and beyond the last time I was in and needed them to repair another shop's mistake. I cannot express how much it means to me, as a single woman, to not feel like a shop is trying to "upsell" me or rip me off. I have been going here for years and recommend Youngstedt's to all my friends. |

| I would appreciate if you would wipe down the steering wheel and/or door at the very least. My interior always looks so dirty after I take it to you guys. It would just be a nice touch. |
